Hello! My name is Ainsley Rager (she/her/hers), and welcome to True to You Counseling, LLC. My approach focuses on being true to you and addressing your unique needs!
My goal is to support you and raise your awareness of your inner strengths while helping you heal, get unstuck, make desired changes, and explore who you are, so you can start living the life you wish to lead.
I received my M.Ed. in Counselor Education from Penn State with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in Schools and Communities. I am currently under supervision as I work towards LPC licensure.
