We are excited to offer our property owners in Downtown State College the options to pay their assessments online, in person, or by mail. A few things to keep in mind:
- Partial payments are not accepted without prior approval
- Paying for multiple assessments online? Enter each invoice individually
Payment Options
In person at our office (127 S Fraser Street, open M-F | 9am-5pm) using:
- Check
- Cash
- Money Order
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (service fee of 2.65% or $3.00 minimum)
By mail using:
- Check
Online via MuniciPAY using:
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (service fee of 2.65% or $3.00 minimum)
- Electronic Check Payments (service fee of $1.50)
Credit Card Payments
The payment processing company charges a service fee of 2.65% or $3.00 minimum to cardholders who use this service. Just stop by our office, give us a call at (814) 238-7004, or pay your assessment online to use your MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express or Visa.
Electronic Check Payments
Payments will be charged to your checking or savings account at your bank. You will need your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number from your personal checks (see example below). A per transaction service fee of $1.50 will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
