Colombian Harpist – Performance & Workshop

Colombian Harpist, Hildo Ariel Aguirre Daza, is a world-class performer and teacher of the traditional arpa llanera of Colombia and Venezuela. He is also the founder and director of Academia Llano y Joropo, a traditional music school in Bogotá. During his US tour in July, he will be making a stop at Barranquero Café to perform and host a Latin-style workshop for all musicians.

Short performances will be held during his time at the café (12 pm – 5 pm). Admission is free.

At 3 pm, Maestro Hildo will host a Latin-style workshop for all musicians (harp, voice, all instruments). All ages, all skill levels. No fee, please make a donation to the Harping for Harmony Foundation. Limit 20, please register by email [email protected] or call 304 276 5141.
