Grab your costume and meet CRPR staff and volunteers in downtown State College for the 76th Annual Halloween Costume Parade, Costume judging will take place at Memorial Field in SIX different categories:

*Superheroes
*Witches and Monsters
*When I Grow Up (not just for kids)
*Most Unique
*Groups”
Cash prizes and candy treats will be provided by the State College Lions Foundation.
