Downtown State College’s 22nd Annual Fall Festival will take place on the 200 block of Allen Street and Sidney Friedman Park from 10am-3pm on September 30.

Fall Fest 2023 is generously sponsored by Geisinger.

Bring the whole family! Free pumpkins for the kids at our Martin’s Garden Center Pumpkin Patch with a pumpkin decorating activity sponsored by Growing Tree Toys!

Enjoy pony rides, a Fun House, a photo station, food vendors and much more! Fun and games for the whole family including special appearances that will be announced soon!

Youth Service Bureau, local nonprofits, and family organizations will have lots of kids’ activities as well!

Schlow Library will be open with special activities:

  • For children: Stop into the Children’s Department during Fall Fest to create a scarecrow puppet! Recommended for ages 2-10. Craft available while supplies last!
  • For teens & adults: Spooky Jar Luminaries: These little upcycled jar luminaries are an adorable twist on traditional Halloween decorations. Make a ghost or pumpkin to light up your evenings. Recommended for ages 9 and up. Supplies are limited.
