As part of Downtown State College’s First Friday celebrations, 3 Dots Downtown hosts DJ Elbow Knee Knee who will be spinning all things 90’s, a mix of familiar favorites and forgotten deep cuts, from house to grunge, east coast, to west coast. This party is outside and free!! Drinks, friends, and all the feels!~
