In partnership with Penn State University and Military Appreciation Week, Downtown State College celebrates and honors the contributions of our service members, veterans and their families!

Year after year, downtown business owners and community members have generously contributed to the Penn State University Military Student Fund on behalf of the Downtown State College Improvement District. This important fund offers financial assistance to military-affiliated students as a needs-based scholarship.
