Native Sons & Daughters Attic Series Presents: Eric Ian Farmer

Join us in The Attic of The State Theatre as we celebrate local musicians with our Native Sons & Daughters Series!

Born in State College and raised in North Carolina, Eric shares his own songs about relationships, social awareness, and finding one’s path in life and keeps alive classics by artists like Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, and Bob Marley.  Eric regularly performs both solo and with other artists in central PA. As a former high school teacher and a 2016 graduate of Penn State’s educational leadership program, Eric uses music with high school students to facilitate both songwriting and conversation related to identity and social issues.
