Rita’s Water Ice: Open for the 2016 Season

After a long winter, Rita’s Water Ice of Happy Valley is open for the 2016 season. Ice Guy is looking forward to seeing all of our returning guests, as well as meeting anyone interested in trying Rita’s Cool Treats for the first time.
