When should college recruiting start? To what extent should recruiting practices be regulated? In order to raise a debate on these questions, Coach Rose will talk about his experience and involvement in athletics recruiting, and Professor Lopez Frias will provide an analysis of recruiting practices by drawing on ethical theories of sport and college athletics.
