It’s Spring! With the change of seasons comes the opportunity to let go of the old and welcome the new! During this two-and-a-half-hour workshop, visiting NYC teacher and State College native Jen Brown will share a powerful “Rebirthing” yoga and meditation set from Yogi Bhajan’s Kundalini teachings that cleans the bodily and energetic systems, releasing emotions like anger and grief, and balancing sexual, heart, and navel energies.
Jen will hold the space for all participants to go through their own process of rebirth. This is the time for growth!
This workshop will include sound healing (gong) by local teacher Kathryn Fleming.

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness. It uses breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood.

The effects of Kundalini Rebirthing work are profound. People can expect to leave the workshop feeling lighter, more secure, and steady in the heart. Past participants have reported experiencing long-term positive changes in their bodies and minds.
