Woskob Family Gallery Opening New Exhibition with Reception on First Friday

The Woskob Family Gallery will debut its fall exhibition—an ambitious new wall drawing exploring the local landscape—on September 6, 2019, with a reception from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Called Folded Section, the work will be created over a period of two weeks by Assistant Teaching Professor of Landscape Architecture Alec Spangler and will be on view through January 10, 2020.
Folded Section is a site-specific wall drawing that re-imagines the local ridge and valley landscape. It will explore relationships between the bodily experience of long distances and representations of space in art and design.
