WPSU Eventapalooza

WPSU is excited to bring back Eventapalooza 2022, our largest community event of the year.  This year’s theme is “creativity” based on the PBS KIDS’s program Pinkalicious & Peterrific airing weekdays, at 11:30 a.m.

Free Take Home Bags

Children ages 2 through 10 can pick up a free take home bag at the check-in table, while supplies last.

Things to Do

Exhibits from WPSU, community organizations, and Penn State are perfect for family participation for children ages 2 to 10. All ages are welcome! Here’s some of the activities at the event:

• Make a bookmark
• Make a star wand
• Make a bead bracelet
• Make a paper mosaic
• Make a face
• Draw outside with sidewalk chalk
• Visit with some of the helpers from our neighborhood at the firetruck, ambulance, police car, and mail  truck.
• Take selfie photos with PBS KIDS character standees. (Note: There will not be a live character event this time.)
• More activities to come!
