The Downtown State College Improvement District encourages the community to shop local this holiday season by launching the Second Annual Happy Valley Holiday collectable ornament. Beginning Black Friday, November 25th, the limited edition ornament will be available for purchase at participating downtown businesses.

The ornaments, sponsored by the DSCID, will be offered to businesses at no charge, providing the merchants an added source of revenue during the holidays. The 2022 limited edition collectable ornament, featuring The Tavern restaurant- honoring Pat Daugherty,  will retail for $14.95 while supplies last.
