We’re offering a FREE downtown State College gift card for anyone that fill at least 10 of the Downtown State College HVTT locations! The aim of the trail is to get as many stamps as possible by supporting local restaurants, whether that’s dine-in or takeout. - Visit 10 different locations and be entered to win a $100 gift card from the Happy Valley Restaurant of your choice courtesy of the Happy Valley Adventure Bureau (first prize drawing is April 30, 2021)

- The Downtown State College Improvement District is giving each participant who collects 10 stamps from 10 different Downtown State College businesses a FREE $20 downtown gift card.
OR
- Receive a FREE $50 downtown gift card when 15 stamps from 15 different downtown State College businesses are collected.

The Downtown Gift Card Bonus promotion will last until April 30, 2021. Valid proof of purchase required.
Completed postcards (10 stamps and up) can be dropped off at the Downtown State College Improvement District office located at 127 S. Fraser Street, or The Happy Valley Adventure located at 800 E Park Ave, State College.
The passport is only valid once and can only be redeemed once.
Downtown gift cards are only redeemable if all 10 or 15 stamps are earned from downtown State College businesses. Additional stamps earned from other locations will help contribute to the Happy Valley Adventure Bureau quarterly prize raffle.
