Public Invited to Events at the State-of-the-Art East College Ave. Location

STATE COLLEGE, PA – April 6, 2016 – First National Bank, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), will kick off a week-long Grand Opening celebration at the Bank’s innovative banking center, located at 366 East College Ave. in State College, PA, with a ribbon cutting ceremony on April 11, 2016, at 11:00 AM. FNB executives, including Barry Robinson, Chief Consumer Banking Officer, will be joined by local officials and community leaders for the ceremony.

The community is invited to tour the state-of-the-art facility and to enjoy a series of events and special promotions, including:

  • Monday, April 11, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM – Ribbon Cutting followed by Open House reception
  • Friday, April 15, 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday, April 16, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM – B 94.5 and 98.7 The FREQ will broadcast live from First National Bank
  • April 11 to April 16 – Visit the branch to enter to win a number of great prizes, including a $250 Blue-White Game Tailgating giveaway and gift certificates to local businesses. Winners will be drawn every half hour during the live radio broadcasts. The grand prize winner will be drawn at 4:00 PM on Friday, April 15

Refreshments will also be available in the banking center throughout the week as the branch team welcomes the community and answers questions about how First National Bank can assist individuals and businesses with achieving their financial goals.

The interactive banking center was designed based on extensive research and collaboration with students in the Management 496 class at Penn State’s Smeal College of Business. Featuring a sleek, modern layout and leading-edge innovation, such as interactive ATMs with two-way video technology that allows customers to perform teller transactions outside of branch hours, the office is specially tailored to fit the needs of the next generation of banking customers. Additionally, branch personnel are available to provide individual and group financial education sessions for the community. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
