Beginning February 14, 2024:

MAKE A PURCHASE…at a business in the downtown district (a complete list can be found on our website).
GET A DOWNTOWN GIFT CARD…Downtown State College Improvement District will give you a free Downtown Gift Card as a “thank you” for supporting local! Downtown Gift Cards are accepted at over 100 downtown businesses.

It’s simple, here’s how…
-Spend $100 at one (or more) downtown merchants and receive a $25 Downtown Gift Card*
-Spend $200 or more at one (or more) downtown merchants and receive a $60 Downtown Gift Card*

Simply show us your receipts and we will provide you the gift card on the spot at 127 S Fraser Street (9am-5pm Monday-Friday). 

Want to pay it forward? The Improvement District will happily accept gift card donations to Mid-State Literacy Council, a nonprofit organization created in 1971 to bring literacy in all forms to adults in Centre and Clearfield Counties.
