Happy Valley is full of talented and created chef’s, and Happy Valley Restaurant Week allows them to showcase some amazing dishes. Chumley’s – Cod, Shrimp & Crab Cioppino Bowl with Sourdough Croutons and Herb Salad
Webster’s Bookstore Café – A vegan platter based on a deconstructed spring roll with grilled tofu, purple sweet potato noodles, rice noodles, fresh asparagus, sunflower seed pate, and a strawberry pico
Central Reservation – A whole smoked duck breast sits on a pile of smashed sweet potatoes, rainbow chard, and crispy maitake mushrooms, all topped with a yuzu aioli and surrounded by a miso demi-glace
Federal Taphouse – Strawberry rhubarb crisp topped with Berkey Creamery ice cream and candied lemons
Allen Street Grill – “A Summer Thing.” Suntory’s Roku Japanese gin meets St-Germain elderflower liqueur, blue agave nectar, lemon and juice from fresh honeydew, cantaloupe, and watermelon. Plus, Allen Street Grill will be serving a 3-course prix fixe menu
HiWay Pizza Downtown – Piccante Pizza, 4-slice 9″ Neapolitan-style pizza topped with Andy Z’s pizza sauce, HiWay pizza cheese, whipped ricotta, soppressata, pepperoni, Calabrian chiles, and hot honey
Liberty Craft House – Burrata & Meatballs, hand-pulled burrata cheese ball alongside three house-blend meatballs topped with red sauce and romano cheese, served with scratch-made toasted ciabatta bread
Bill Pickle’s Tap Room – French dip sandwich with thinly sliced prime rib, caramelized onions, and provolone cheese
The Corner Room – Turkey Tostada with grilled turkey breast, fresh tomato salsa, cilantro, black beans and corn ranchero sauce and lime crema
