The Downtown State College Improvement District encourages the community to shop local this holiday season by launching the 3rd Annual Happy Valley Holiday collectable ornament, and we need your help! This year we are asking the community to vote on a location from the options below and the location with the most votes will be featured on the 2023 ornament. In previous years we have featured the evergreen tree at the Allen Street Gates (2021) and The Tavern Restaurant (2022) and have identified 4 options for this year’s design.
