The Downtown State College Improvement District, collected feedback from our community on ways we can better support all of our residents. With close to 520 respondents, our survey covered multiple groups, including; State College Residents, Downtown Workers, Penn State Students, Alumni, and Employees, and Nearby Residents.

Responses on the community survey includes; what makes Downtown a great downtown, First Friday suggestions, downtown events, our Merchant Validated Parking Program, our clean team, and ways to improve communication.
