It was a fun, festive and magical night in Downtown State College during the second annual Light Up Downtown event! Santa was on hand to chat with children about their gift wishes and many other activities kept families entertained while they waited to help Santa light up the town!
The timed light show on MLK Plaza and all other light up locations will be on display until January 2, 2022. The non-profit Tree Decorating Contest will be on display and open for voting until December 6. Be sure to come down to the Faith United Church on Locust Lane and vote on your favorite, the winner will receive $1,000 towards their mission!
Don’t miss the chance to see Santa again during our December First Friday event. The FREE trolley rides will be available from 5-8 and hot chocolate and popcorn provided by the Lion’s Club will be on hand to keep you warm! Plus, the light show will be running daily from 5-10pm!
