The 22nd Annual Fall Festival organized by the Downtown Improvement District in partnership with the Youth Service Bureau. took place on Saturday Sept. 30 at the 200 block of Allen St. from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event was presented by sponsor Geisinger and supported by First Citizens Community Bank.
Fall Festival was attended by many local non-profits hosting activity tables. Other activities included free pumpkins from Martin’s Garden Center, a pumpkin decorating station hosted by Growing Tree Toys, entertainment by Tempest Productions, drawings by Monster D, balloon animals by Nittany Balloons, Let’s Face It with Emily face painting, a bounce house, a fun house and pony rides.
Schlow Library also offered special crafts and activities, including scarecrow puppet making for children and spooky jar luminaries for adults.
Food vendors included Juana’s Venezuelan Cuisine, Auntie Anne’s, Moody Culture Kombucha, Bonnie Blue’s BBQ and Classic Cones.
The festival also included performances from DJ Elbow Knee Knee and Adam and the Armadillos.
